Jack Black

No pretensions and no bullshit, Jack Black are "Kick Ass Blue Collar Rock n' Roll". Their debut release, a six track EP titled "Got Jack Black If You Want It...Live At CBGB's" was released in 1995 on NYC's Double Deuce label. In April 1996, Atlanta's vinyl-only Casino Royale label released a 7 inch single of "Money Talk".

They may look like a rockabilly band, but don't let their appearance fool you -- these guys play straight-ahead rock n' roll that has been described as "greaser punk". For the three years that the band has been together, they have been steadily building a following up and down the east coast with their high-energy live shows.

Drummer Wes Houston says "We've taken everything we like and shoved it in a blender and revved that thing up, higher and higher". 'Nuff said - check 'em out.
